Julian Dismute is a Christian speaker, minister, and digital communicator committed to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping believers to live with conviction and courageous obedience.
Shaped by adversity and sustained by the faithfulness of God, Julian speaks with clarity, authenticity, and a deep passion to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus.
He does not speak to entertain — he speaks to awaken.
Julian’s story began with significant hardship. After losing both of his parents at a young age, he was forced to navigate life and identity through seasons of pain, uncertainty, and struggle.
Sports became an important outlet and identity during those years, shaping his discipline, resilience, and leadership.
In 2016, a defining encounter with Jesus Christ transformed Julian’s life and clarified his calling.
What once felt like loss became purpose, and what once felt like confusion became direction.
Julian currently serves with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), where he works closely with coaches and athletes, mentoring students, leading Bible studies, and helping young leaders live out their faith with courage and conviction.
He regularly preaches at his local church and is invited to speak at churches, youth camps, conferences, and special events across the country.
His message remains consistent: Faith must be lived with conviction, not just professed.
Julian has been married to his wife for 13 years, and together they are raising their son Kyrie in West Des Moines, Iowa. Outside of ministry, Julian enjoys spending time with his family, watching his son play basketball, golfing, and connecting with friends.
